This very high quality hand held transmitter utilises components that have become recognised as the industry standard. It's totally compatible with existing Audio UHF receivers from the RMS2020 and RMS2000 range.

The robust, yet lightweight aluminium body features a built-in antenna. There is also a visual indicator for on/off status or peaks caused by audio overload.

The HXiR has been constructed using the finest parts available. Interchangeable capsules are from the world-famous Schoeps Colette range. The microphone suspension has also been designed in collaboration with the leading authority in noise minimisation, Rycote.

As with the CXiR unit, all settings can be accessed via the SwitchiR infra red remote controller.

The HXiR is powered by a single alkaline type AA battery, with a normal battery life of around three hours (or around seven using a lithium AA battery).
